As a social-forward, professional networking group and organization we expect our members to understand the impact of their words. To maintain a positive and respectful environment, we have established the following guidelines for interacting with the community and team Members. Violations of these guidelines may result in the removal of posts and/or comments, immediate suspension, or permanent banning at the discretion of Blink Foundation.
Give more than you take.
To foster the growth of our members, Blink Foundation provides a platform to share ideas, ask questions, and find answers. This requires collaboration and a commitment to building a quality community. We encourage all members to give more than they take by sharing knowledge and experiences without expecting personal gain.
No abuse, harassment, or disrespect.
Blink Foundation has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, harassment, and microaggressions. This includes, but is not limited to, memes, gifs, comments, discussions, webinars, or private messages. No spam, promotion, or selling.
Blink Foundation is a community dedicated to learning, growth, and sharing. It is a space where members can be vulnerable and transparent. Therefore, using the platform for sales, self-promotion, or spam undermines the purpose of our community. We kindly request that members refrain from posting promotional content or solutions in which they have a vested interest.
Respect everyone’s privacy.
It is essential to respect the privacy of others within Blink Foundation. Members should refrain from discussing other individuals or disclosing private information and data. Information shared or obtained via Blink Foundation may not be used to sell or share via other channels. If you witness such behaviour, please report it as soon as possible.
Debate ideas, not people.
Blink Foundation encourages the discussion of controversial ideas while maintaining an atmosphere of informed and thoughtful discourse. Members are welcome to present opposing viewpoints, opinions, or data. However, personal attacks are strictly prohibited. Challenging viewpoints is acceptable, but attacking individuals is not allowed.
Avoid inflammatory topics.
We kindly request that discussions within Blink Foundation do not involve politics, religion, or similar topics. Blink Foundation values diversity and appreciates the different beliefs and perspectives that contribute to our community.
